Yield is an integral element to all functionality, but most importantly to activities such as running and jumping. When we stop yielding we are prone to joint injuries. Knee and hip surgeries are practically an epidemic today because we have lost the ability to yield in varying degrees.
Re-learning how to yield and integrating it in all you do will result in better performance in every activity along with saving your joints from injury! Be sure to have your Practice Checklist handy as you do the practices.
Yield spans across two days as the practices are divided into two different types of body and functional awareness. These are not simple sensations to feel so be sure to repeat them often and slowly.
